WARRANTY
We have gathered throughout the years from our Military experience how important it is to make good gear that works. Here at Tactical Tailor, we believe in doing it right or not doing it at all. We take great pride in our products, and we stand behind them.
Should one of our products fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge for the lifetime of the product. Simply put, if we did anything wrong while manufacturing your gear (whether you find out when you first pull it out of the box or when you are laying in a foxhole), we will fix it. This warranty excludes extreme wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, personal modifications, heat or fire damage, or discoloration due to contact with chemicals. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Some limitations apply, please contact Tactical Tailor Customer Service for more information.
Repairs, modifications, or sewing done to any Tactical Tailor product that is not performed by Tactical Tailor will render this warranty null and void.
All of our products are manufactured under strict quality control guidelines in Lakewood, Washington, USA. Sewing is done with state-of-the-art industrial sewing machines using high quality nylon thread, and we use only the best materials available to ensure your satisfaction. Great care is taken to ensure that our products will provide you with years of faithful service and be ready when you need them.

Please be advised that while the warranty repair/replacement is free of charge, the customer will be responsible for any and all return shipping charges. Be sure to provide current billing/shipping address(es) as well as contact information so we are able to contact you regarding your warranty order. The typical lead time for warranty orders is 3-4 weeks.
