The 5.56 Mag Pouch Medical Insert allows you to carry individual first aid supplies inside a mag pouch instead of adding a dedicated medic pouch or IFAK to your gear.
The insert features heavy-duty elastic loops of various sizes to secure multiple first aid supplies, a red webbing handle for quick identification and removal, and an unfolded flat for easy access. It is designed to fit inside a standard double 5.56 magazine pouch or larger, but larger first aid supplies may require a more comprehensive one, such as our Double 7.62 Mag Pouch (shown). When opened, it measures 19 3/4" long x 3" wide. Folded dimensions will vary depending on your first aid configuration.
