Return Policy

Standard Returns

• 30-Day Window: Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.
• Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with ALL original packaging included.
• Direct Purchases: Only items purchased directly through Tactical Tailor are eligible for return.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of Tactical Tailor.
• Refund Method: Purchases made via Gift Certificate will be credited back to the original certificate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Rucksack modifications.
• Custom-manufactured items (including non-stock item custom runs).
• Clearance items (All sales are final).
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to Send a Return

Please include a copy of your original invoice and a detailed note explaining the reason for the return and your requested outcome (refund or exchange).

Note: Tactical Tailor is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority) when sending items back to our facility.
