Shipping & Order Processing

Our policy is to ship in-stock orders within 48 hours of the first business day received. Orders placed after 10 AM EST Thursday, or over the weekend, will begin processing Monday morning.

TACTICAL TAILOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.
  • FedEx: Our preferred carrier. Please note the "ship day" is not included in estimated transit times. Orders over $500 or in high-theft areas require a mandatory signature.
  • USPS Priority: Mandatory for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and International orders. We use discreet packaging to help prevent mail theft.
  • Saturday Delivery: FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays for internet orders.

Backorders & Stock Levels

Due to rapid changes in stock levels, items may not always be indicated as "Out of Stock" on the website. Your card is charged in full at the time of purchase to reserve your place in the queue for backordered items.

Note: Please check your junk mail folders for backorder notifications.

Sales & Discount Codes

Unless specified, all discounts apply only to products manufactured by Tactical Tailor. Third-party resale items, certain apparel, and package deals are excluded. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue sales at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be received within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition with all original packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

  • Exclusions: No returns or exchanges on rucksack modifications, custom items, or clearance items (Final Sale).
  • Refunds: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift certificate purchases will be credited back to the original certificate.

International Orders

  • Dealers: We recommend checking our International Dealer list to save on shipping and duties.
  • Taxes/Duties: Any import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Restrictions: We DO NOT ship to freight forwarders. International orders with backordered items will be held until the order can ship complete.

Taxes

Due to economic nexus rules, we apply state sales tax where required by law. If you believe tax has been applied in error, please contact orders@tacticaltailor.com.
