The Fastex Buckle Upgrade replaces the slow, metal hardware on your pack with modern, high-strength side-release buckles. This simple modification gives you faster and easier access to the contents of your rucksack, especially when wearing gloves or operating in the dark.

• Main Closure Straps: We replace the metal friction buckles on the main lid straps with quick-release Fastex buckles, allowing for instant open/close capability.
• Three Main Pockets: We remove the old metal snaps (which are prone to popping open or rusting shut) and replace them with adjustable buckle closures, ensuring your gear stays secure until you need it.
