The Tactical Tailor Lifetime Warranty

We believe in doing it right or not doing it at all. Every piece of gear we manufacture is built to survive the world’s harshest environments. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, and we stand behind every stitch.

Our Promise

If a Tactical Tailor product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge for the lifetime of the product. Whether the defect is discovered fresh out of the box or in a foxhole years later—if we manufactured it incorrectly, we will make it right.

The Fine Print (Limitations)

• Exclusive to Tactical Tailor Products: This warranty applies strictly and only to authentic Tactical Tailor manufactured gear. We do not perform warranty work, repairs, or modifications on standard-issue (GI) equipment, unauthorized reproductions, or products from other manufacturers.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover extreme wear and tear, damage caused by misuse/abuse, heat or fire damage, discoloration due to chemical contact, or personal modifications.
• Unauthorized Work: Any repairs or modifications performed on a Tactical Tailor product by anyone other than our facility will render this warranty null and void.
• Original Purchaser: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

Important: Do not ship items to us without prior authorization. All items sent for repair MUST BE CLEAN. Items received in soiled or unsanitary condition will be returned at the owner’s expense without repair.

1. Contact Us: Call (253) 984-7854 or email customerservice@tacticaltailor.com to confirm your warranty order.
2. Shipping: While the repair/replacement is free, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
3. Include Info: Ensure your package includes your current billing/shipping address and contact information.
4. Lead Time: Typical lead time for warranty repairs is 3–4 weeks, but also depends on material availability.
