Lifetime Warranty on Workmanship: We stand behind our sewing. If our modification fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix it for free. This warranty covers the specific modification work performed; it does not cover normal wear and tear or the condition of the original host pack.

    Great Upgrade

    Solid materials, zippers, buckles, and stitching. The buckles make accessing everything much easier and quicker, especially the main compartment of the pack. The added pockets in my case aren't really utilized for carrying anything extra (though they definitely can), but to better organize existing packing lists. Even with the original stock 3 pockets along the bottom of the ruck, I always had smaller items I needed to bring along that would wind up in the main compartment, and require a lot of digging around or emptying of the main compartment to retrieve. The added 5 pockets eliminate that issue entirely for me, and didn't require hunting for aftermarket ALICE ruck pouches that have long been out of production. Along with the storm flap mod, I now have a ruck that fits my needs perfectly, doing exactly what I need of it. I think that is well worth the price.

The 5-Pocket Combo + Fastex Upgrade Ruck Mod combines two of our most popular Ruck Mods to maximize storage, accessibility, and durability in a single overhaul.

  • Five external pockets added to the upper portion of your pack.
  • Fastex quick-release buckles replace the metal hardware on your main straps.
  • PLUS Stress Point Reinforcement. Adding capacity means adding weight. To ensure your pack can handle the load, this package includes reinforcement of high-stress areas.
IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE:
This modification can only be performed on a Large ALICE pack. It is not compatible with Medium ALICE packs.
Do NOT send frames with your ruck. Any frames received will result in additional return shipping charges billed to the customer.
